Thesis papers and viva

Final-year students (VI and B5) write a thesis in Arabic as part of the curriculum, and students in the year before (V and B4) submit a thesis in Malayalam, English or Urdu. Each paper is presented in open sessions and defended in a viva before guest faculty, who question and critique the work. In October 2019, 17 papers were presented over 8 sessions before more than 10 guests.
